I had a great experience talking with Julio this morning. I had a 2 night stay that I couldn’t use for the Rivera Hotel which he informed me was being torn down in May. He offered me a good deal for the Plaza Hotel & Casino which is good.

Great service from Julio! Although I had a free voucher with incredibly annoying restrictions, Julio was patient and led me through the process. Can’t wait for my trip to Hawaii!

The office manager, Julio, was very helpful getting me the time I needed scheduled for my vacation. Very friendly staff.

I have to say they are busier at the beginning of the week, one of the days (Tuesday?) I called quarter until 5 p.m. and it was finally my turn a couple of minutes before 5 p.m. and I got hung up on called back twice and same thing happened … on the third time the closed recording came on, I was not happy.

BUT …

it was a different experience today … So far so good, booking was a breeze … Julio was great help 🙂 I will update after my actual trip …

I gotta say Once again the best service ever. Needed a hotel for a reasonable price for San Diego going out there with the family to spend some quality time together. They made everything happened again. Trust Me I will still be Doing business with Casablanca express. Thank you Misa for the help (:

I was quite disappointed as I missed the deadline to confirm my travel dates. I called Casa Blanca and was transferred to Julio. Julio had great customer service , solved my problem within minutes. He confirmed my new travel date, and waved my rescheduling fee. Made my day!! Thank you Julio!

Casablanca Express is a great travel service. I’ve used their promotional certificates twice before and never had an issue. Both times were trips to Las Vegas.

I just booked my third trip to Vegas today with Julio for memorial weekend. The hotel that I was supposed to be booked at was Riviera but he told me that they just got a notice that Riviera will be torn down in May to expand the convention center. He quickly offered me another hotel that they also had contract with and included lots of other deals. I asked if I could extend my stay and he gave me an awesome deal! I’m very pleased with his customer service and also Casablanca.

Service was super friendly and treated me very well. They have a great staff working them. Usually I don’t get discounted hotels because I’ve had bad experience with these offers etc… but Casablanca’s employee, Misa, gave us plenty of options to choose from for EDC weekend. Julio was great!!! We never had any issues in communication regarding our trips. He helped us and took the extra time to handle all our needs and reservations. We attended a timeshare presentation and got a few vouchers for buying the timeshare. Julio has helped booked our Catalina trip and Hawaii trip we really appreciate his quick respond and easy going attitude. Do yourself a favor just ask for Julio when wanting to book your trip you’ll save your time and stress. Keep up the great job!!!

Their customer service is extremely lacking and disorganized. However, I do believe that this is business that is trying to redeem itself. If you have difficulties with their representatives, speak with Julio, the customer service manager, and he will work with you.

So, barely even a day after posting my review I was contacted by Julio, who quickly let me know that they wanted to reimburse me for the money I had paid for the airline taxes and fees. He even had the check overnighted to me. Great customer service, thank you!

Great service and hassle free trip planning. I personally get frustrated searching for the best deals when it comes to travel plans, but Julio was very helpful in booking our last trip. I will definitely continue to use them for my future trips. Thanks!

Im happy with our reservations in las vegas at the Plaza Hotel. The price was unbeatable and we were glad we had a place to stay lol. It was funny how we can stress and someone out of no where can make you happy.Customer service was great and im glad we were able to book a room at cheap (fair) price in such a short notice. Ok seriously I know it’s crazy how much I’m reviewing lol BUT Julio was super again so I just have to give him his props. I ended up having to last minute change the dates on my Anaheim reservation and he was able to accommodate that immediately…when I assumed that I would be stuck with the previous dates. It’s really good to know that they’re flexible there!!

I am changing my review because Julio Balderrama called me about 10 minutes after I posted my negative review and not only apologize but more than resolved the refund issue. If you’re having any issues with this company, I suggest you ask for him because he will make it right. Thanks, Julio!

So, I was a bit unsure when reading others’ reviews about this company. But I called customer service today and got Julio ( I recommend you ask for him). He was able to help me with my issues and get everything ready for my “Free Trip” to Disneyland. Obviously nothing is free and we are required to pay $120 in taxes ($60 per person). However, for $120 we get 2 flights to LAX, 2 nights in a hotel and 2 tickets to Disneyland. Very worth it in my book since park tickets are over $100 each anyways.

Hold time was a little long. Was explained to me that they were training today. But overall a good experience.

Usually i was dubious about getting trips at discounted rates. You are always expecting terrible customer service, delays and just a bad experience. I’m sure many have heard awful stories.

But I’m very happy with the way I was treated. Casablanca has great people working with them.

I kinda forgot to send in the voucher by the deadline. So I thought It was gone. But thanks to them we were able to avail it. And just now I booked the trip with them over the phone.

Everything was fast, the call was clear. All a great experience

My experience with Casa Blanca was a great one. Julio was able to keep my date and upgrade my trip to Big Bear. No hassle. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very accommodating. Very positive customer service.

I’ve had a horrible customer service experience with Casablanca Express. My travel rep David (at ext 7711) is rude and unprofessional. We had a promotional offer for two nights/three days to Honolulu. At my first contact he’s scaring me by telling me that it can be a day in Honolulu and that the out bound flight can leave after 7 pm and from Honolulu, the flight can leave at 7 am in the morning. Our stay will be at a back packers hostel and bed rooms there are dorm style. Said that our stay can be for A DAY in Honolulu. Gave me options to upgrade for $900. I called him back and he was not happy that I was not going with the upgrade option. Asked for our date of birth, said that tickets will arrive 10 days prior to travel and then HUNG UP. Very unprofessional. Consider yourself warned and do not do business with Casablanca Express. Thanks to Casablanca Express for making it easy for me to never attend another promotional sales seminar/presentation.

UPDATE 01/06/15. The manager called and apologized for the rep’s handling of the call. He gave me great service and was very accommodating. I got a great deal and am happy. Very professional and courteous. Will give Casablanca Express another shot in the future.

The manager was super friendly and had great customer service skills, he was able to reschedule and upgrade my trip to San Diego it was quick and easy I would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I just booked a trip with a great deal all thanks to Julio. He is very professional and savy as to where to travel during the summer. We highly recommend this business and Julio!
